Scheduled Property — provides coverage for high value items such as jewelry, art, collectibles, furs, and firearms. (Can be scheduled to a separate deductible than homeowners’ insurance).

Service Line — coverage is for underground lines that connect a residence to a public or private utility service, such as sewer lateral or electrical lines.
Home Systems Protection Coverage — for permanently installed home systems, such as HVAC or water heater from sudden mechanical or electrical breakdown.
Umbrella – offers an additional layer of protection (1 million, 2 million, 5 million and higher with underwriting approval) Up and beyond your underlying coverage of home and auto in case you cause bodily injury or property damage.
Optional UM/UIM Coverage — under Insured and Uninsured (UM/UIM) UM and UIM stands for “uninsured motorist” and “Underinsured motorists”. The meaning of “the absence of” or “not enough.” UM/UIM endorsement to the Umbrella that puts the coverage back on you in case you are injured by someone with low or no coverage.
Water Back-up/Water Damage Coverage — provides protection for a covered loss when Water or any other substance backs up through sewers or drains; or Water or any other substance overflows from a sump pump, sump pump well or other system designed for the removal of subsurface water which is drained from a foundation area of a structure.
The Inland Flood coverage — endorsement designed for low-to-moderate risk areas includes coverage for damage to the residence, personal property, basement exposures, and loss of use.
Home Cyber Protection — includes Computer Attack, Home System Attack, Cyber Extortion, Online Fraud, Data Breach, and Cyberbullying.
Cyber Liability Insurance — protects businesses in the event of a cyber related event such as a data or security breach by Providing coverage for the damages and expenses arising out of the event, as well as Providing response services when an event occurs. Privacy Breach Response Service, Cyber Extortion, First Party Date Protection, First Party Network Business Interruption, Consequential Reputation Loss
Business Interruption Insurance — provides coverage to help replace lost income and pay for extra expenses when a business is affected by a covered peril.
